MEDITATION TO FIND THE HIGHEST SELF

Meditation to find the highest Self is a 15-minute guided visualization practice, intended to familiarize you with what your highest Self looks like. Yes, capital "S", because this is your biggest and truest Self. This is the Self that is you on your absolute best day, radiating joy and good energy. This is a great meditation for those looking to find greater connection with inspiration, motivation, imagination, and manifestation.

Perhaps you are so far removed from the idea of operating at your fullest potential so you are unsure of what your best Self looks or feels like. Through this practice you will experience a deeper connection to purpose, divine power, and emotional expression. This meditation offers a glance into seeing what the Self is. Having an awareness of this eternal Self allows you to more clearly understand what intention is most meaningful to you.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a super beginner-friendly, fully guided meditation, practiced laying on your back in Shavasana. This powerful deep relaxation meditation is beneficial in managing a range of conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, depression, chronic fatigue, addiction and many more. This 30-40 min meditation is intended to release tension in all 3 ways in which we store it... mentally, physically and emotionally. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) requires no level of focus or experience. It only asks that you allow yourself to follow the guidance loosely and experience what happens... (insert little magic star or something magical after the word "happens" lol) This is the perfect solution for those who are uncomfortable in seated meditation or suffering from any minor physical ailment.

MEDITATIVE PRANAYAMA

Meditative Pranayama guidance is an introduction for those who are interested in starting a meditation and/or breathwork practice and to would like to learn tools and techniques to slow the nervous system to prepare the mind/body for meditation.

I will share all the practices I've learned to calm myself down from the stresses of life to feel a sense of neutrality again. Once you've experienced neutral, you can make more appropriate decisions unmotivated by exaggerated emotions or rash conclusions.

Once you've learned these ancient meditation techniques, they will always be there for you to turn to...
